When You Feel Off for No Reason
Some days, nothing is wrong.
No conflict. No bad news. No obvious stress.
And yet… you feel off.
A little irritable, a little heavy, a little unsettled for reasons you cannot explain.
The mind immediately goes searching for a cause. You scan your life for what must be out of place. You try to diagnose the feeling so you can fix it.
But often, there is nothing to figure out.
You are simply carrying emotional residue you did not realize you picked up.
Tiny reactions from yesterday. Thoughts that passed through your mind and tension your body never released.
This is the perfect moment to practice.
Not because something is wrong.
But because something is ready to be cleared.
Gently begin repeating:
I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
No analysis. No story. No effort to trace the feeling to its source.
Just cleaning.
As you repeat the words, the heaviness starts to lift, the irritability softens, and the unsettled feeling fades without you ever having to understand it.
You realize you do not need a reason to feel better.
You only need a way to release what you are holding.
And sometimes, the days you feel off for no reason are the best days to return to the words.
