Morning Reset

The first few minutes of your morning quietly set the tone for everything that follows.

Before the phone.
Before the news.
Before the to-do list starts talking.

There is a small, gentle window where your mind is open and your day has not gathered momentum yet.
That window is powerful.

Most of us rush past it. We grab our devices, check messages, scan headlines, and invite the world into our head before we have even checked in with ourselves.

And then we wonder why we feel scattered before breakfast.
A morning reset is simple. It does not require time, effort, or a routine you will abandon by Wednesday.

It requires four phrases:

I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.

Before your feet hit the floor, repeat them quietly. Let them move through you like warm water. No agenda. No problem to solve.
You are not fixing anything.
You are clearing anything left over from yesterday.

Emotional residue from the day before, thoughts that lingered in your sleep, and tension you did not realize you carried into the night.

As you say the words, something subtle happens.
Your body softens.
Your mind settles.

Your day begins from peace instead of pressure.

You have not even gotten out of bed yet, and you are already lighter.

This is the gift of a morning reset.
You do not start the day reacting to the world.
You start the day clean.

Your soul already knows the next step. Allow yourself the space to explore these teachings through my books, receive personal guidance in a private consultation, or immerse yourself in the sacred energy of Hawaii at an upcoming spiritual gathering.
