Nightly Clearing
Sleep is meant to restore you.
But many nights, you go to bed carrying the entire day with you.
Conversations you are still replaying.
Moments that irritated you.
Things you wish you had said differently.
Thoughts you never finished thinking.
Your body lies down… but your mind is still standing.
This is where nightly clearing becomes a quiet gift.
As you settle into bed, before sleep takes you, begin repeating:
I love you. I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you.
You do not review the day.
You do not analyze what happened.
You do not try to fix anything.
You simply clean what you are still holding.
With each repetition, the mental noise softens, the emotional residue from the day dissolves, the need to process everything fades.
You feel lighter, not because the day was perfect, but because you are not carrying it anymore.
Over time, this practice changes the quality of your sleep. You drift off peacefully. You wake up clearer. You stop bringing yesterday into tomorrow.
Nightly clearing is not a ritual of reflection.
It is a ritual of release.
You do not need to fall asleep with the weight of the day on your chest.
You can put it down.
One phrase at a time.
Your soul already knows the next step. Allow yourself the space to explore these teachings through my books, receive personal guidance in a private consultation, or immerse yourself in the sacred energy of Hawaii at an upcoming spiritual gathering.
